RoboTire is developing an automated tire removal and installation station utilizing two articulated arm Mitsubishi robots. They have selected Industrial Automation Solution for the crucial task of integrating these robots into their design.

Our robot integration services for this project encompass the  initial design and simulation to programming, testing, and deployment support. We are currently worked on the intricate programming required to coordinate the movements of the two Mitsubishi robots for efficient and safe operation.

Our engineers are developing the software interfaces that will allow the robots to interpret the vision data for critical tasks such as precise tire placement and accurate lug nut handling. This requires a deep understanding of both robot kinematics and vision system programming.
